Our monthly kits will be mailed around the 15th of each month for the upcoming month's theme (February kit will be mailed out between January 15th and 25th). If your order date for a new subscription misses the shipping deadline for on-time delivery you have the option to either receive a delayed shipment of the upcoming kit (ie. receiving your February kit sometime well into the first or second week of the month depending on your order date) or wait until the following month's subscription kit is mailed for an on time delivery (receiving your first kit on time in March instead of a late kit in February). An annual subscription will run for 12 months regardless of the date you begin (if you begin in August your subscription will conclude with the July Kit the following year). Every annual subscription will receive 12 themed kits that build together into one annual plan for spiritual development, covering major themes of central importance in the life of every believer. There are two options for subscription services. You can select the Annual Subscription product and pay up front for all 12 months at once, or select the Monthly Subscription product and your card will be charged monthly for the individual kit rate. Monthly subscriptions will automatically end after the 12th month.
If you would like to request a refund, please contact us and we will begin the Refund process if the product is eligible for returns. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time for prorated refund.
Paid subscriptions will ship out on the 15-25th of each month for the filling month. We intend to deliver your monthly kit on or before the first day of its respective month but cannot guarantee shipping time frames. We will do all we can to shop with enough lead time to make it possible for delivery before the first day of the month in most cases.
New subscription orders placed before the 25th of any month will receive a delivery of the upcoming months kit. Any new subscription orders placed after the 25th will have the option of a late delivery of current month's kit or on time delivery of the next upcoming month.
